Booking & Cancellation Policy
A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment for all treatments.
Please note, the deposit is non-refundable. However, it can be transferred to another appointment, provided you give at least 1 week’s notice and reschedule within 4 weeks of your original appointment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made at least 1 week prior to your appointment to ensure your deposit remains transferable. If you provide less than 1 week's notice, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for any future bookings.
For all top-up treatments, the same terms apply. You are responsible for booking your top-up within the agreed time frame. If you fail to do so, a full microblading session will be required at the full price.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations made on the day of the appointment will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.
