Booking and Cancellations Policy
All Treatments are subject to a 25% deposit.
Once paid this can not be refunded.
However it can be transferred to another appointment within 4 weeks, so long as 1 week notice is given.

All cancellations must be at least 1 WEEK before your appointment in order to keep your deposit transferable.
If less than 1 WEEK notice is given you will loose your deposit and any future appointments will require another deposit.

All top up treatments are subject to the same terms.
​
You are responsible for booking your top up within the agreed time scale. If you fail to do so, a full microblading service will be needed again, at the full price.

All treatments cancelled within the 48 hourd before the appointment will be subject to a 50% charge, cancellations on the day will be subject to a 100% charge.
